Going into the 30 day Healthy Eating Program, my expectation was to lose pounds and kick my sugar habit. I also hoped to discover which toxic food was causing inflammation throughout my body. After finishing the 30 days, I was a whole different person and not only in size, (due to shedding a few pounds and mostly the reducing from inflammation) but also my knowledge of what foods were hurting me. The online support, guidelines and products were instrumental in balancing my body. I will definitely do the program again!
