This is the first step towards finally putting your needs at the top of the priority list!! I want to help you reach your health and fitness goals while finally experiencing genuine confidence in yourself. If we are a good fit, the next step is to connect and start creating your unique plan!

Here is what this coaching is all about:

This isn't just another cookie cutter program, this is a partnership. I will take the time to talk about your specific goals and why they are important to you. What you've struggled with in the past, and how we can make this time different. This program includes meal plans, workouts, habit creation techniques, two live 45 min calls per month, access to my other courses, weekly check ins, and SOS texts so that I can be with you every step of the way. Depending on your goals, we will discuss the exact methods we will use together (for example, if weight loss is an objective, we will explore whether calorie/macronutrient tracking will be necessary, or if intuitive eating will suffice).

I will provide the resources, accountability and support that you need to finally stick with it. It's time to reach your goals!
