Is the Midlife Glow Up program virtual or in-person?
It’s 100% virtual - you can live in any time zone and still participate.
What time will the live (virtual) group calls be?
When you join, you will fill out an intake form where you’ll indicate your best times / days for calls. I will do my best to accommodate majority, but calls will be recorded and uploaded to program hub immediately.
I’m in my 60's - would I be a good fit for the program?
100%!! If you are in MIDLIFE (40-60's) and you are ready to PRIORITIZE your health and wellness, this is for you!
