You’ll move through purposeful strength intervals + light cardio bursts with options for every level - so whether you’re just starting out or have been training for years, you’ll feel challenged and supported.

You Go, Girl is a women’s social and activity membership designed to bring fun, friendship, and meaningful connection into midlife.
Through monthly outings - ranging from active experiences to creative workshops to service opportunities - you’ll build genuine relationships, try new things, and prioritize yourself without guilt. This is a space where you can show up as your authentic self and feel seen, supported and celebrated. And the best part is you don’t have to plan a thing - just show up and enjoy meaningful experiences with a community ready to welcome you.
Yoga Sound Bath is your chance to relax, restore, and recharge with a soothing blend of gentle movement and immersive sound healing. Designed for women who are constantly pouring into others, this experience helps calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and reconnect you to yourself.
Let stress melt away as you flow, breathe, and unwind - 45 minutes of gentle yoga followed by 45 minutes of deeply restorative sound healing.
Join me for a hands-on, 2-hour food prep demo designed for busy midlife women who want to make healthy eating easier. I’ll do the cooking - you’ll taste, learn, and ask questions - while I share practical tips, easy recipes, and smart time-saving strategies.
