I’m busy—how much time will this take?

What if I have an injury or specific dietary needs?
That’s exactly why 1:1 coaching is so valuable! Your program is customized to accommodate any injuries, food preferences, allergies, or special considerations. You won’t have to follow a rigid plan that doesn’t work for your body.
How do the coaching calls work?
We meet every other week via Zoom to assess progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. These calls ensure you stay on track, motivated, and supported every step of the way.
Will I have access to you between calls?
Yes! You’ll have direct access to me via an app called Voxer for messaging, questions, support, and adjustments between calls. You’re never left figuring things out on your own.
How long is the coaching commitment?
I recommend a minimum commitment of 3 months to see real, lasting change. However, the coaching is designed for long-term transformation, and many clients continue beyond that for continued support and progress.

What’s included in 1:1 Coaching?
ASSESSMENT CALL: Initial 60 min zoom call to establish your personalized plan of action for the months ahead. We will assess your current fitness, nutrition and mindset and make a plan accordingly - based on your needs, your goals, your lifestyle, your values and your priorities.
YOUR PLAN: Personalized fitness plan, nutrition plan and habits/mindset work (all based on your personal challenges and goals)
WEEKLY CHECK-INS: opportunity to check in with me every Sunday to ask questions, request advice/strategy, share your wins, and celebrate your progress.
PROGRAM HUB: You will get access to your program hub where you will find LOADS of resources to help you on your journey (recipes, workouts, video lesson library, workbooks, etc)
VOXER OFFICE HOURS: You will have access to me via Voxer for immediate coaching, questions, troubleshooting, brainstorming, course-correcting etc.
BIWEEKLY 1:1 CALLS: Every two weeks, we will meet via zoom (or phone) to go over your progress, assess your current status, make any changes, and to dive into a new module that covers different aspects of holistic health and wellness (mental health, physical health, nutrition, food prep, etc).
FULL ACCESS: You will get direct access to any/all trainings, courses, resources that I offer while you are doing 1:1 coaching with me.
All you have to do is show up and follow the plan! Leave the rest up to me. Step into your new identity as a confident, empowered and fabulous woman. I will provide you with all the tools and strategies you need to become the healthiest version of you...and enjoy the process. I'll be right by your side, guiding you every step of the way.
