What if I have food allergies or intolerances?
Joan will collect this information when you sign up so she can plan accordingly. However, please note that while efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs, ingredients may still be present in the kitchen. If you have a life-threatening allergy, this may not be the best event for you.
Will I get copies of the recipes?
Yes! You’ll receive both a printed copy and an electronic version of all the recipes, so you can easily recreate them at home.
Will I get recommendations for kitchen tools?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a list of all the kitchen gadgets I use and recommend, complete with links so you can check them out for yourself.
How many people will be at the event?
Space is limited! There is only seating for 7 people around my kitchen island, so be sure to reserve your spot early.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope! Just bring your curiosity and an appetite. I’ll provide all the food, recipes, and kitchen tips—you just get to sit back, watch, learn, and enjoy.
Is this a hands-on cooking class?
This is a live demonstration, meaning I’ll be doing all the cooking while you watch, learn, and taste everything I prepare. You'll get to take home the recipes and tips so you can easily recreate the meals on your own.
