Event Schedule

• 5:00–5:45 PM: Community partner arrival and table setup

• 5:45–6:10 PM: Guest arrival, mingling, and visiting tables

• 6:10–7:50 PM: Presentations, Q&A, and raffle drawing

• 7:50–9:00 PM: Community partner connection and mingling

Table Setup

• Each partner gets half of a 6-foot rectangular table.

• Bring business cards, brochures, flyers, or other promotional materials.

• Bring an 8.5” × 11” frame featuring your photo and business logo.

• We need 5 tablecloths for 6-foot tables. Please let me know if you can bring one!

Raffle Contributions

• Bring a physical gift certificate or voucher for your donated prize.

• Place it in a labeled envelope with your business name, prize, and redemption details.

• Give it to Joan when you arrive.

Business Introductions

• Send Joan a one-sentence “I help” statement describing your business and who you serve.

• This will be used to introduce you during the event.

Final Invitations

• Continue sharing the event and personally inviting women who would benefit.

• Remember to use your complimentary ticket and share your discount codes!

• Sometimes last minute invitations are the best!
