Choose Your Fitness Level

Inside The Midlife Glow Up, you’ll choose the fitness level that best supports where you are right now. The goal is to choose the level that helps you stay consistent.

Remember: You can always move between levels.

Level 1

This level is for you if:

• You are new to strength training
• You are returning after a long break from lifting weights
• You currently exercise 0–2 days per week
• You want to rebuild the habit of working out
• You prefer to start with 2 sessions of 20 min for the first couple of weeks before progressing

Level 2

This level is for you if:

• You are already lifting weights or exercising regularly
• You currently exercise 3+ days per week
• You feel comfortable with exercises like squats, lunges, presses, and rows
• You want to challenge yourself and build more strength
• You are ready for slightly higher intensity

Not Sure Which One to Choose?

A simple rule of thumb:

Choose Level 1 if your main goal is building the habit.
Choose Level 2 if your main goal is building strength.

Either way, you’re in the right place. The most important thing is that you show up consistently and keep moving forward.
