What We’ll Do Together Over 21 Days

Week 1: start Your Fitness Habit

You’ll start with movement, choosing one simple fitness habit from a curated list designed for midlife women. Whether it's strength training, daily walks, mobility work, you’ll learn how to make movement consistent - even on busy days.

Week 2: layer in Your Nutrition Habit

Next, you’ll keep your fitness habit going while adding one simple nutrition habit you can actually stick to. Your curated list for women 40+ includes options like adding a consistent healthy breakfast, food prep, hydration, or increasing protein intake without overthinking.

Week 3: add your mindset habit

This is where everything clicks. You’ll layer on a short, powerful mindset practice that takes 1–2 minutes a day - gratitude, intention-setting, or a journaling practice - so your habits begin to feel like part of who you are, not just an item on your to-do list.

By the end of 21 days, you’ll have stacked three habits that support your body, your energy, and your mindset heading into 2026.
