If I had to begin again from scratch in midlife, I wouldn’t waste time on the stuff that doesn’t move the needle. 

Here’s exactly where I’d start.
1. I’d strength train before anything else. Not endless cardio, not anot
I think one of the biggest lies women believe is this:

“I’ll finally feel confident when…”

When I lose the weight.
When I fit back into those jeans.
When I stop emotional eating.
When I can stick to a workout routine.

You don’t need to train like an athlete.

You just need to move like a human. 🚶‍♀️

FUN FACT: I competed in figure fitness competitions from my mid 30s to my early 40s (that’s when you get super lean and get judged on stage in a bikini)...
