Improving your sleep is one of the best things that you can do to improve your overall wellness. Not only will sleep improve your mood, but it will also help you resist temptations and feel more motivated to get out and exercise.
Eight Sleep is a mattress cover that you can put on your existing mattress to heat or cool your bed to improve your sleep. It has separate left and right side controls so that spouses with different preferences can both be happy.
We have been using our Eight Sleep for several years now, and I can honestly say that it has changed my life. Before getting our Eight, I would often sleep restlessly or wake up sweating in the middle of the night. Now, I sleep like a log and feel much more rested.
I sleep with my side on “-5” (very cold) while my husband prefers “-2”. On nights when you aren’t feeling well, you can crank it up and feel comfy and cozy.
Eight Sleep has almost ruined vacations for us. Even when we splurge and stay in a nice hotel, we miss our home bed.
