Simplify to Glow: Small Steps to Big Changes in Midlife
Simplify to Glow is a free live 3-day workshop for women in midlife who are tired of starting over every Monday and frustrated that nothing seems to stick and want to learn a simple way to approach fitness and nutrition that actually fits this season of life. This is where you learn how to finally be consistent so you can see real, lasting change.
This Workshop is For You If…
You’ve spent years putting everyone else first, and your health has slipped to the bottom of the list.
You’re tired of starting over every Monday with a new plan, only to give up by Friday.
You feel overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice about workouts, diets, and hormones—and wish someone would just simplify it.
You want to feel strong and energized, but right now you feel tired, achy, and like your body is changing faster than you can keep up with.
You know strength training and protein are important in midlife, but you’re not sure how to actually make them work in your daily life.
You’ve tried strict programs or calorie-counting in the past, but they felt too complicated, time-consuming, or unsustainable.
You want a plan that works with your busy schedule—even if you only have 10 minutes a day.
More than anything, you’re ready for clarity, confidence, and consistency—so you can stop spinning your wheels and start feeling good in your body again.
Do you know you need to make a change, but you’re not sure where to start or what to focus on?

Each training is about 20–30 minutes - short, sweet and to the point because I know time is our most valuable asset in midlife.

No, I’ll be demonstrating some exercises that are crucial to include in your fitness regime as a woman in midlife, but we will not be working out in this training.
Is this only for women in midlife?
Yes—this training is designed specifically for women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who want simple, sustainable strategies for fitness and nutrition.

If you’re a woman in midlife, balancing it all but longing for more energy, strength, and confidence—you’re in the right place. Simplify to Glow is all about small steps that lead to big changes.
I’m Joan, a fitness and nutrition coach who helps women in midlife simplify their health so they can feel strong, confident, and energized again.
I know how overwhelming it can feel—between the endless diets, conflicting fitness advice, and the unique changes that happen in our 40s, 50s, and beyond, it can seem impossible to know where to start. That’s why I created this training: to strip away the noise and give you simple, sustainable strategies that actually work in real life.
I’ve spent years coaching women through this season of life, and what I’ve learned is this: progress doesn’t come from overcomplicated plans—it comes from small, consistent steps. That’s why I developed my 2x5 Strong Method for fitness and my 4x4 Fist Method for nutrition—frameworks that make health doable and give you the confidence to stick with it.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me teaching strength-based classes, prepping simple, nourishing recipes, or out in the Pacific Northwest with my family and our dog.
I can’t wait to show you how small steps really do create big changes in midlife.
