Joan’s Fit Zone is a virtual fitness membership for women in midlife. With this membership, you get access to 6 live virtual classes per week + access to On-Demand workouts. All workouts are strength-focused but also incorporate cardio, core, balance, and flexibility.
There are six live classes weekly - choose from 30 or 45 minute sessions. Classes start at 6am and 8am PST.
