Challenge 1 - post a pic of your tracker : digital, paper, watch, whatever!
Challenge 2 - post a pic of you following through with your commitments - food prep, exercise, water, journaling, steps, etc
Challenge 3 - post a mindset shift you have experienced (for example, how have you moved from an all-or-nothing mindset to progress>perfection?)
Challenge 4 - encourage someone else in the group - could be sharing a recipe, cheering them on when they are feeling down, or collaborating on a solution

Nourish
Nourish focuses on fueling your body with the right foods, creating a nutrition plan that’s simple and fits your lifestyle. Whether you’re a kitchen novice or a seasoned cook, this pillar will help you develop healthy eating habits that energize you from the inside out.
Gather
Join us weekly for our Live Weekly Group Coaching Calls. To support you in your journey, you get live access to me and you get to connect with the group. You’ll get coached on topics like mindset, habits, and strategies to support you in reaching your goals no matter what your focus is.

Ideally you would be on live each week to connect with me and the community. But, that might not always be possible. The replays of the weekly calls will be available inside the members' area within 2 hours of the call.

It all depends on your focus and how much time you want to devote to it. For example, in the MOVE category, the workouts start out at 20 min x 3 times per week, so a total of an hour...and then they progress to 120 min / week by week 8. For NOURISH & GATHER, it will be similar anywhere from 1-2 hours / week depending on your availability and your enthusiasm.

In order to be successful in this program, consistency is the key! I urge you to choose one focus and stay committed through the duration of the program. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns about your focus.

It's 100% ok to start the program without any idea of your focus. We will take the first week to discuss and decide. I am here to help you and I promise, you can't go wrong here. ALL three focuses are essential for embracing your health in midlife.
