Ground Chicken with Salsa

A simple and tasty technique for preparing protein that takes two ingredients and zero chopping.


Ingredients

  • ground chicken (you can use turkey, but I much prefer ground chicken)

  • ½ cup salsa

  • splash of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Brown the chicken

  2. Pour the salsa over top, stir it in.

  3. Enjoy.
