Blended Chia Pudding
Since I struggle with chia seeds getting stuck in my teeth, I found that if I blend the base and then refrigerate, that doesnβt happen.
Ingredients
3 TB chia seeds
1 TB PB2
1/3 cup (or 2 scoops) vanilla protein powder (my favorite is Arbonne)
Β½ cup to 1 cup of milk or milk alternative (amount depends on the texture you prefer)
fruit (fresh or frozen raspberries, mango, strawberries, etc) (optional)
Pinch of salt + dash of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a jar and refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is best). The chia will gel and thicken into a mousse-like pudding. Add fruit, nuts, shredded coconut and/or granola.
