Savory Egg Muffins
Easy protein-forward recipe that will make your mornings so much easier. These can be a snack or breakfast.

Try paired with fruit, oatmeal, or a healthy muffin to add some carbohydrates and fiber.
Ingredients
12 eggs
olive oil or cooking spray
veggies - peppers, spinach, onions, arugula, kale, mushrooms, etc
toppings - chopped ham or sausage, feta cheese, salsa
Pinch of garlic salt + salt + pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Drizzle or spray olive oil into each muffin tin hole
Crack an egg into each hole (keep the yolk hole or scramble each egg)
Add veggies
Add toppings
Bake for 25-30 min
Enjoy - same day or save in the fridge for the week ahead
