Loaded Seed Cracker

A delicious, simple and filling snack (or lunch). Trader Joe’s Norwegian seed cracker topped with goodies - easily customizable. Best made fresh.


Ingredients

  • Trader Joe’s Norwegian seed cracker

  • base - choose one: guacamole, hummus, green goddess, pesto, etc

  • protein - choose one: hard boiled eggs, smoked salmon, canned tuna, etc

  • vegggies - choose a couple: sliced tomatoes, sprouts, spinach, arugula, basil, etc

  • toppings - choose one: everything but the bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, pickled red onions, etc

Instructions

  1. Spread your base on the cracker

  2. Top with protein, veggies and toppings

  3. Enjoy!
