Greek Salad

A family favorite for a healthy dinner salad. Mix the ingredients together or serve separately for a customizable dinner option.


Ingredients

  • romaine, arugula, butter lettuce - base

  • sliced cucumbers

  • chopped avocado

  • greek olives

  • sliced cherry tomatoes

  • protein (optional)

  • feta cheese

  • lemon juice drizzle

  • olive oil drizzle

  • pickled red onions

  • sourdough croutons (chop the bread and toast in olive oil)

  • homemade dressing - (lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dijon mustard)

  • pita and hummus on the side

  • Pinch of salt + pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix your ingredients and toss with dressing

  2. Serve with pita + hummus

  3. Have people design their salad to taste
