Greek Salad
A family favorite for a healthy dinner salad. Mix the ingredients together or serve separately for a customizable dinner option.
Ingredients
romaine, arugula, butter lettuce - base
sliced cucumbers
chopped avocado
greek olives
sliced cherry tomatoes
protein (optional)
feta cheese
lemon juice drizzle
olive oil drizzle
sourdough croutons (chop the bread and toast in olive oil)
homemade dressing - (lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dijon mustard)
pita and hummus on the side
Pinch of salt + pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix your ingredients and toss with dressing
Serve with pita + hummus
