Baked Potato Bar

Customizable healthy dinner option for a group.


Ingredients

  • cooked potatoes (sweet potatoes or baked potatoes) - microwave works great or bake in the oven

  • mushrooms

  • ground chicken (or other protein)

  • microgreens / sprouts / arugula / spinach

  • hummus

  • cheese/sour cream

  • chives and/or green onions

  • Pinch of garlic salt + salt + pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes

  2. Have toppings ready in containers

  3. Have people grab their potato and add all their fixing to their taste

  4. Enjoy!
