Customizable healthy dinner option for a group.
Ingredients
cooked potatoes (sweet potatoes or baked potatoes) - microwave works great or bake in the oven
mushrooms
ground chicken (or other protein)
microgreens / sprouts / arugula / spinach
hummus
cheese/sour cream
chives and/or green onions
Pinch of garlic salt + salt + pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook potatoes
Have toppings ready in containers
Have people grab their potato and add all their fixing to their taste
