  • Get started in your FOCUS for Week 1

    • MOVE - scroll all the way down to the bottom to find your workouts and go to your level to find your workouts for the week

    • NOURISH - scroll all the way down to the bottom to find your action items for week 1

    • HYBRID - do both

  • Be active in our chat community

  • Attend our Kick Off Call

Week 2 - Solidify your commitments

  • Take action on your plan and adjust as needed

  • Attend weekly group coaching calls for support, education + motivation throughout the program

  • Utilize your resources in the program hub to find inspiration and education

Week 3-8 Rinse & Repeat

  • Take action on your plan and adjust as needed

  • Attend weekly group coaching calls for support, education + motivation throughout the program

  • Utilize your resources in the program hub to find inspiration and education

  • Fill out your Check-in Forms at Week 4 and 8
