Why Your "Why" Matters
Getting clear on your why is one of the most powerful things you can do as you start this journey. When motivation fades (and it will), your why becomes the anchor that keeps you committed. It’s the deeper reason behind your goals—the thing that will push you to show up even on tough days. A strong why transforms this from just another program into a lasting lifestyle shift. Instead of relying on willpower alone, you'll have a purpose that keeps you moving forward.
Questions to Find Your Deeper Why:
What made you decide to start this program now?
If you were to follow through and make these changes, how would your life look different in 6 months? In a year?
Who else in your life will benefit when you prioritize yourself?
What will happen if you don’t make these changes?
When challenges arise, what bigger purpose will remind you to keep going?
Try to go beyond surface-level answers (like "I want to lose weight" or "I want to be healthier") and dig into the emotions, the vision, and the real impact this will have on your future.
