Throughout the 8 weeks of The Midlife Glow Up, we’ll be using the SIMPLER method to guide our journey toward lasting transformation. This framework keeps us focused, intentional, and empowered as we build habits that align with our goals.
Start with gratitude to set a positive foundation. Identify room for improvement so we can make small, meaningful changes. Make a plan to ensure success. Practice a positive mindset to overcome obstacles. Leap into action—because progress happens when we take steps forward. Establish habits that support our well-being, and finally, Reinforce them so they become part of our lifestyle.
