I am so excited that you’re here and ready to embark on this 8-week journey. This program was designed for women in midlife who are ready to take control of their health, feel stronger and more confident, and build habits that truly fit into their lives—not just for a season, but for the long run.
You’re here because you’re ready to prioritize you. You’ve spent so much time taking care of others, managing responsibilities, and putting yourself on the back burner. But now? It’s your turn.
Over the next eight weeks, you’ll have a clear roadmap to follow, plus support and accountability every step of the way. This isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, showing up, and creating a lifestyle that feels good and works for you.
To be successful at anything, you need two foundational pieces: mindset and strategy. That’s exactly what this program is built on. Inside your program hub, you’ll find the strategy—a fully laid-out plan to follow. And inside our weekly group coaching calls, we’ll focus on the mindset shifts that will keep you going.
But success isn’t just about having the plan and the right mindset. As an added bonus, we layer in accountability, support, community, and guidance—including direct feedback—so you’re fully set up for success. You’re not doing this alone.
Your Steps to Get Started
Choose Your Focus – You’ll start by deciding which path feels right for you:
Move – If fitness and movement are your priority.
Nourish – If nutrition and food choices are where you want to focus.
Hybrid – If you’re ready to incorporate both.
Get Clear on Your Why – This part is so important. Why are you here? What is your internal motivation for wanting to glow up? Maybe you want to feel strong and energized, set a healthy example for your kids, or simply show up for yourself in a way you never have before. Whatever it is, write it down. Keep it close. This is what will carry you through on tough days.
Determine Your Commitments – This program will meet you where you are, but you need to decide what you’re committing to. Be honest with yourself about what feels sustainable. Then, fill out the commitment form to solidify your plan.
Choose How You’ll Track Your Progress – Whether you prefer using an app or going old-school with pen and paper, find a method that works for you. Tracking helps you stay consistent and see your progress over time—even in the small wins that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll be ready to dive into the program hub, where everything is laid out for you. Simply follow the plan, stay connected with the community, and most importantly—trust yourself.
