DB= dumbbell

Repeat each circuit for 2 sets

Standing- 2 moderate DB:

  1. Shoulder press

  2. Bent Over Row

  3. Bicep curl

  4. Lateral raise

Supine 1-2 Heavy DB:

  1. Triceps overhead 

  2. Chest Press

  3. Chest Fly

  4. Straight Arm Pullovers
