5 Min Meal
Ingredients:
1 package of ground chicken
90 sec Microwave bag of rice / quinoa / etc
Kale (about 1 cup)
Olive Oil or avocado oil
Salsa
Optional toppings - Green Goddess dressing or sliced avocados, cilantro, pickled red onions
Steps:
Brown ground chicken in a pan, then when cooked all the way through, add a ½- 1 cup of salsa and stir together
Meanwhile throw in a bag of 90 sec rice / quinoa in the microwave
Massage kale with olive or avocado oil (or you can use a whole avocado)
Throw everything together and top with Green Goddess, pickled onions, etc
