Recipe

  • 2/3 cup frozen mango

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein (I love Arbonne)

  • 1 TB almond butter

  • 6-8p oz high protein almond milk (or other milk alternative)

Blend (I love my Ninja blender) for 1 min or until smooth and creamy
