salmon cakes
Ingredients:
cooked salmon or one pouch (5oz)
1 egg
¼ cup hummus
⅓ cup almond meal / almond flour
½ lemon, juiced
2 green onions
salt and pepper
Steps:
Mix everything together, and form into patties
Heat oil in skillet and cook patties until golden brown, about 3-4 min / side
Serve over a bed of arugula with sliced lemon
