Ingredients
Trader Joe’s seed crackers (gluten free or regular)
hummus or other base sauce (green goddess works well too)
protein - hard boiled eggs or smoked salmon
toppings - microgreens, sprouts, cucumbers, tomatoes
seasoning - TJ bagel spice or other seasonings
Steps
spread base sauce on cracker
load with toppings (try to include protein, carb, veggies
enjoy!
