Ingredients

  • Trader Joe’s seed crackers (gluten free or regular)

  • hummus or other base sauce (green goddess works well too)

  • protein - hard boiled eggs or smoked salmon

  • toppings - microgreens, sprouts, cucumbers, tomatoes

  • seasoning - TJ bagel spice or other seasonings

Steps

  • spread base sauce on cracker

  • load with toppings (try to include protein, carb, veggies

  • enjoy!
