fluffy almond biscuit

Ingredients:

  • 4 TB almond flour

  • 1 egg

  • Β½ tsp baking powder

  • 3 TB water

Steps:

  1. Spray the inside of a mug

  2. Add ingredients, stir together. 

  3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. 

  4. Optional* Top with Banana Pancake protein powder for a delish breakfast, or top with berries, honey, or almond butter. Or make it savory with a turkey sausage patty and an egg for an egg sandwich.
