fluffy almond biscuit
Ingredients:
4 TB almond flour
1 egg
Β½ tsp baking powder
3 TB water
Steps:
Spray the inside of a mug
Add ingredients, stir together.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Optional* Top with Banana Pancake protein powder for a delish breakfast, or top with berries, honey, or almond butter. Or make it savory with a turkey sausage patty and an egg for an egg sandwich.
