LET’S EAT!

hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp ground cumin

  • 3 Tbsp juice from 1-2 lemons

  • ¼ cup water

  • 6 Tbsp tahini, stirred well (about 1/2 cup)

  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Steps:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and creamy

  2. Serve with veggies or as a sauce in your next bowl.
