LET’S EAT!
hummus
Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 garlic clove, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground cumin
3 Tbsp juice from 1-2 lemons
¼ cup water
6 Tbsp tahini, stirred well (about 1/2 cup)
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Steps:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and creamy
Serve with veggies or as a sauce in your next bowl.
