Overnight oats
Ingredients:
12 oz mason jar
Β½ cup oats
2 scoops protein powder - my favorite is Arbonne vanilla flavor (or 6 oz greek yogurt)
Berries, granola, nuts
Splash of almond / coconut milk
Steps:
In a mason jar, layer ingredients in order starting with dry oats
pour almond milk over oats
then layer with protein powder pudding (or other protein like greek yogurt)
top with nuts / fruit
store in fridge overnight or up to several days.
