LET’S EAT!

Overnight oats

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz mason jar

  • Β½ cup oats

  • 2 scoops protein powder - my favorite is Arbonne vanilla flavor (or 6 oz greek yogurt)

  • Berries, granola, nuts

  • Splash of almond / coconut milk

Steps:

  1. In a mason jar, layer ingredients in order starting with dry oats

  2. pour almond milk over oats

  3. then layer with protein powder pudding (or other protein like greek yogurt)

  4. top with nuts / fruit

  5. store in fridge overnight or up to several days.
