Pickled red onions
Ingredients:
Red onions, chopped.
Red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Steps:
Add onions to mason jar or other container and fill with vinegar to cover the onions.
Marinate for 1 day to 2 weeks - great for topping salads, loaded seed crackers, loaded sweet potato, chili, bowls etc
