Pickled red onions

Ingredients:

  • Red onions, chopped. 

  • Red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar

Steps:

  1. Add onions to mason jar or other container and fill with vinegar to cover the onions.

  2. Marinate for 1 day to 2 weeks - great for topping salads, loaded seed crackers, loaded sweet potato, chili, bowls etc
