Greek Salad Bar
Ingredients:
Lettuce / greens
1/2 cup kalamata olives
1 pint of cherry tomatoes, sliced
1-2 medium avocados
1-2 medium cucumbers, sliced
pickled red onions
feta cheese
optional - chicken cubed, chick peas
1/4 cup olive oil
juice of 2 lemons
2 TB red wine vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
Steps:
Chop all veggies
Combine the last 4 ingredients into a mason jar and shake vigorously.
Assemble salads.
