Baked Potato Bar

Ingredients:

  • baked potatoes (or sweet potatoes) cooked

  • ground chicken

  • mushrooms

  • sprouts / microgreens

  • shredded cheese

  • sour cream

  • hummus

  • pickled red onions

  • chives

  • green onions

Steps:

  1. Bake or microwave your potatoes until they are soft and well cooked

  2. Top your potatoes with all your yummy ingredients
