Roasted Veggies
Ingredients:
Brussels Sprouts /Broccoli / Cauliflower
salt + any other seasonings such as Smoked Spanish Paprika, cumin, and/or Curry powder
Steps:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Steam veggies in bag for 2 min
Cut or break veggies into bite size pieces
Drizzle with a little EVOO and sprinkle with a generous amount of seasonings
Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes or until browned
