Roasted Veggies

Ingredients:

  • Brussels Sprouts /Broccoli / Cauliflower

  • salt + any other seasonings such as Smoked Spanish Paprika, cumin, and/or Curry powder

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 

  2. Steam veggies in bag for 2 min

  3. Cut or break veggies into bite size pieces

  4.  Drizzle with a little EVOO and sprinkle with a generous amount of seasonings

  5. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes or until browned
